Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health status, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs, preferences, and goals.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based techniques to promote therapeutic progress.

  • Regularly monitor client progress, offering feedback and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

  • Serve as a resource for clients by providing referrals to additional healthcare providers and community resources as appropriate.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of client wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use, and eating disorders. Our ideal candidates should possess the cultural competence to effectively engage with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring everyone feels understood and supported in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • \n
  • Minimum of four years of experience in the field of mental health, with a proven track record in clinical settings.

  • Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and thorough familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.

  • Proficiency in the use of electronic health record systems and video conferencing applications for therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
