Overview

Evergreen Enterprises is a leading wholesale manufacturer of home, garden, and licensed sports products, with a growing portfolio of B2B digital experiences and ecommerce platforms. We sell direct to thousands of independent retailers nationwide and continue to invest in modern digital tools, customer experience, and ecommerce innovation.

We are currently seeking a housekeeper to join our facilities team.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough cleaning of all assigned areas on the business campus.
Maintain tidy and neat appearance of office common areas, including dusting furniture, emptying all office/workstation waste receptacles.
Dispose of other trash as needed.
Keep kitchen areas and appliances cleaned and sanitized.
Clean fixtures and interior glass windows.
Clean and sanitize all surfaces in restrooms.
Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
Maintain a clean and neat appearance in the outside areas of the facility, to include monitoring/removing litter, ensuring public areas and walkways have professional, clean appearance.
Report all unusual occurrences, malfunctions, and/or damage to Facility Manager to ensure prompt attention to facility maintenance.
Water plants in house.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years commercial or office cleaning experience.
Familiarity with chemical sanitizing procedures.
Must be able to understand instructions in English.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to prioritize work load.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted, stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout entire shift.
Must possess reliable transportation, able to work Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, and occasional weekends.
Pre-employment screening for the selected candidate will include a criminal background check, pre-employment drug test and reference check.
