Responsibilities include: Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues quickly and efficiently Completing general repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system upkeep Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Responding to maintenance requests from departments and guests Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and reports Supporting a safe environment for guests and team members What We're Looking For Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Comfortable performing physical work and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and reliability Positive attitude and team-first mindset Good communication skills Valid driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Build Your Career in the Mountains At Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, you're more than an employee - you're part of a team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for guests and coworkers alike.
