Territory Sales Representative: Pre-set Appointments and Commercial Accounts

Position Overview

Magnolia Turf Ft. Meyers/Naples is seeking a Sales Representative to drive residential and commercial sales throughout the Ft. Meyers/Naples market.

Compensation: Base salary, uncapped commission = OTE 100K+
Training: Paid training and hands-on with leadership support.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys being in the field, meeting customers, developing business relationships, and closing deals.

You will be responsible for conducting in-person estimates, developing contractor and commercial relationships, presenting Magnolia Turf's products and services, and managing customer follow-up throughout the sales process.

This is a high-autonomy sales role where success is measured by results, activity, relationships, and revenue—not clock-ins.

Core Responsibilities

Residential Sales

• Respond to inbound residential leads within 2 – 3 hours and schedule appointments.
• Schedule and conduct in-person estimates with homeowners.
• Educate customers on Magnolia Turf's products, installation process, quality, and competitive advantages.
• Present pricing confidently and work to close the sale during the initial appointment whenever possible.
• Prepare and send same-day proposals.
• Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email to confirm receipt and answer questions.
• Own the residential sales follow-up process for up to 3 weeks , or until a definitive yes/no decision is received.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, activities, and next steps.
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

Commercial / B2B Sales

Actively develop relationships and sales opportunities with:

• Home Builders
• Pool Builders
• Landscape Designers & Architects
• Landscapers
• General Contractors
• Playground & Sports Court Builders
• Property Owners and Managers
• Other businesses and professionals with artificial turf applications

Responsibilities include:

• Prospect for new commercial and contractor opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through email, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations.
• Add prospects and opportunities to the CRM.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Educate partners on turf applications and position Magnolia Turf as a white-glove, turnkey installation partner .

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior sales preferred. (A plus would be construction-related industries).
• A plus would be experience selling landscaping, artificial turf, hardscape, pools, roofing, concrete, construction, home improvement, or similar products/services.
• Or coming from a sales minded opportunity like Recruiting, Retail Sales or Retail Management, Bartender or similar.
• Comfortable conducting in-person sales presentations and estimates .
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Confident communicating with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and other professionals.
• Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up.
• Self-directed and able to manage your own schedule and territory.
• Strong relationship builder with a natural ability to develop referral partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial, hungry, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in the field without being micromanaged.
• Able to balance immediate residential opportunities with longer-term commercial business development.
