As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by preparing high-quality coffee and providing excellent customer service. Working as part of a small team and reporting directly to the owner, you will manage daily operations including order accuracy, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness. This role offers rotating shifts with no travel required and presents opportunities for advancement to supervisory positions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of drinks
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth operations
• Monitor and replenish stock as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in food service
• Knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee brewing techniques
• Customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Experience in cash handling and POS system operation
• Basic understanding of food safety practices
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
