Front Desk Associate

Hotel: Rogers Embassy Suites 3303 Pinnacle Hills Pkwy, Rogers, AR 72758 Full time Compensation Range: $15.50 - $16.28 per hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and specific location. Actual pay may differ. Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations and act as the primary problem solver for guests and teammates. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm. Support and train new front desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining a guest‑ready lobby. Qualifications Customer service experience – strong people skills and patience to keep operations running smoothly. Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems confidently. Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on feet most of the shift. Benefits 401(k) plan with company match.
