Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000–$140,000 depending on experience Vehicle Package: Company truck + gas card or vehicle allowance + gas card Time Off: 15+ PTO days annually + 8 paid holidays Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement: 401(k) with employer match FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) Parental Leave: Maternity & paternity coverage Disability & Life Insurance Transit/Commuter Benefits Mental Health Support: Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end delivery of heavy civil transportation projects, including highways, roads, and bridges Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure quality, timeline, and budget goals are met Review and interpret plans, specs, and contract requirements Perform takeoffs, cost evaluations, and risk assessments in collaboration with estimating teams Develop and manage project schedules and logistics plans Coordinate procurement, prepare bid packages, and conduct contract buyouts Ensure compliance with diversity, environmental, and safety standards Maintain strong relationships with DOT, local authorities, and stakeholders What You Bring 7+ years of heavy civil project management experience Proven track record delivering transportation infrastructure projects in the $10M+ range Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) Excellent leadership and subcontractor coordination skills Deep understanding of construction documentation, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and cost control Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel or relocate within the Southeast as project needs arise Ready to lead transformative infrastructure projects across Texas?
