Risk Management Application Analyst

The Risk Management Application Analyst is integral to the day-to-day administration of the HMH Event Reporting System known internally as ONELink, serving as a resource interacting with all levels of team members within the organization. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Associates degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, Healthcare or related field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare. Excellent technological, analytical, and organizational skills. Broad understanding of healthcare operations. Experience working with external vendors. Service Oriented. Collaborative and Team Focus. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various levels within the organization. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Workplace and/or Microsoft Office platforms. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Broad understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality and Patient Experience.
