We are seeking an Experienced Operations Manager with a background in highway striping and pavement marking to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our daily field operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and has a deep understanding of the road striping industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily operational functions. Manage job schedules, equipment, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines. Monitor performance metrics and operational trends to improve efficiency. Implement and enforce company policies and HR-compliant procedures. Collaborate with managers to ensure project delivery standards are met. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations. Provide clear leadership and direction to foremen and crew members. Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
