Paralegal

Bearnson & Caldwell, a respected law firm in Logan, Utah, seeks a full time experienced Paralegal. We are looking for a long-term, organized, motivated, and detail-oriented person who genuinely cares about the work they do and the impact their work has on our clients. Responsibilities :

• Communicating directly with attorneys, clients, and the Courts;
• Drafting and reviewing legal correspondence and filings;
• Legal Research and writing;
• Maintaining legal reminders and calendaring systems;
• Monitoring case dockets and overall case progress.
• Multi-tasking and project management;
• Protecting the confidentiality and privacy of client information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate;
• Paralegal experience of at least 1 year;
• Professional Spanish speaking ability.

Must be available to work in person, full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour, DOE.
