NICU Nurse Educator & Practice Leader

Henry Ford Health's NICU unit in Southfield is seeking a Unit Educator to advance nursing practice in a 15-bed Level III environment. You will partner with leadership to design and deliver educational initiatives that improve patient outcomes and staff development. You will mentor nurses, translate evidence into practice, and lead quality improvement projects while ensuring the highest standards of care on the unit.
