This leadership position, based on-site, involves overseeing therapy operations, guiding and mentoring a diverse rehabilitation team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant care across various living arrangements, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage therapy operations to ensure optimal service delivery. Mentor and support a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs. Enhance functional outcomes through effective rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, residents, and their families. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a senior living context.
