Clinical Account Executive, Rare Disease - Arizona & New Mexico

Ambry Genetics seeks a Clinical Account Executive to expand genetic diagnostic testing sales across Arizona and New Mexico territories. The role involves building relationships with hospital systems, specialty clinics, and physician offices while managing complex sales cycles and driving adoption of new testing products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned sales territory across Arizona and New Mexico
• Expand testing menu utilization and grow revenue within existing customer accounts
• Introduce new genetic diagnostic products and build demand among clinicians
• Negotiate contracts and manage customer relationships with hospital and specialty clinic stakeholders
• Deliver presentations and represent company at industry trade shows

Requirements

• 3+ years selling laboratory services to clinicians, hospitals, or medical devices
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combined experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Proven track record selling broad laboratory testing portfolios across medical specialties
• Ability to communicate and sell technically complex diagnostic products
• Strong territory management and relationship development skills
• Current, valid driver's license required for territory coverage

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base annually, plus uncapped sales incentive plan with $80,000 annual target
