Veterinary Receptionist

Client Service Representative I-20 Animal Hospital is seeking a veterinary client service representative. This position will provide excellent and expeditious client experiences; greet clients, respond to questions, process incoming and outgoing pets, and handle payments. Answer phone calls which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e‑mail. Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within business operations software. Escalate complex matters to senior staff. The individual needs to be personable and preferably a people person. Being a 24/7 hospital, various shifts of the week are available, but we are looking for weekend help. Experience in the profession and Cornerstone software would be a plus.
