Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations, showing sensitivity to individual needs. Create a memorable connection and commit to delivering the best guest experience. Work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and foster an uplifting work atmosphere. Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks. Maintain punctuality for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines. Work hard and enjoy the experience. Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Qualifications High school diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork orientation. Enforcement of Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certification required. Availability to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. Physical Requirements This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, continuous standing, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
