StateUtility Contractors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an Field Engineer with experience in water and sewer pipelineconstruction. This is a field position supporting our jobsites in NC. You'll work alongside the Superintendent to overseedaily crew operations, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on time andon budget.

WhatYou'll Do

• Assist with day-to-day supervision of pipeline crews
• Maintain safety, schedule, cost, and quality standards
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material deliveries
• Prepare daily reports and track project progress
• Support inspections, field documentation, and subcontractor coordination
• Professionally represent the company with clients and inspectors

WhatWe're Looking For

• 2-4 years of pipeline construction experience as a Foreman, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and grades
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Vista/Viewpoint Teams a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to advance in the field
