Senior Human Resources Manager

Reporting to President, the Human Resources Manager will serve as the lead HR partner supporting the business through a combination of strategic partnership, operational execution, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for leading and executing all core HR processes including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, leadership support, compliance, workforce planning, training, engagement, and culture initiatives. In addition, the HR Manager will support the corporate office of the parent group with dotted line reporting to the CHRO.
