\n You’ll get plenty of variety behind the chair. About one-third of our customers are women and two-thirds are men, plus we serve lots of seniors, families and kids. Different customers, different cuts—and a steady opportunity to build your skills and earn great tips. \n

\n Earn $20–$22/hour based on experience, plus tips. Our stylists can expect to earn around $35/hour with tips. \n

\n Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
\n
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
\n
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
\n
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
