Job Description

PrideStaff is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in Otay Mesa . This is a great opportunity for a skilled driver who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, and stage pallets throughout the warehouse.
Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trailers and shipping containers using pallet jacks and forklifts.
Ensure all products are placed in their designated locations and maintain an organized workspace.
Strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.

Job Requirements

Experience: Must have recent forklift operating experience
Skills: Strong spatial awareness and the ability to maneuver in tight warehouse aisles.
Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to assist with team coordination.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable.

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
