Innovation Academy of the Oranges Date Available: 09/01/2026 Closing Date: Until Filled Job Description/Summary: Assumes professional responsibility for providing learning experiences and supervision of assigned students in a supportive and positive classroom climate that develops in each student the skills, attitudes, and knowledge to meet and exceed the State Core Curriculum Content Standards, following the approved curricula and directives of the school. In addition, secondary teachers will strive to meet the highly effective criteria for the preparation of lesson plans, the use of data to drive instruction, the delivering of quality instruction, addressing the needs of diverse learners through differentiation, classroom environment, leadership, and professionalism. Achieving academic excellence requires that the Secondary Teacher work collaboratively with other members of the school staff and with parents. Please see attachment for full job description. Certification Requirement(s): Teacher of Industrial Arts Technology Education Engineering Technology or other related CTE certification Salary: As per negotiated salary guide Commensurate with education and experience Starting salary begins at $73,829.00 Compensation package includes the following benefits: New Jersey pension enrollment for retirement (TPAF/PERS/DCRP) Eligibility for health, vision and dental coverage, 403(b) plan, and flexible spending accounts, all subject to plan terms Paid time off (PTO) earned on an accrual basis as per negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreement Tuition Reimbursement as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement Bargaining Unit Orange Education Association For consideration, please apply online at
