Overview

Sweet & Sassy Pearland is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable Party Hosts to join our team!

As a Party Host, you’ll help create fun, memorable experiences for children and families during birthday parties, glam camps, special events, and other celebrations. This is a hands-on, high-energy position that’s perfect for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys entertaining, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and assist with birthday parties, camps, and special events
• Engage and entertain children throughout their experience
• Lead party activities, games, dancing, crafts, makeovers, and other scheduled activities
• Assist with kid-friendly spa services such as mini manicures, pedicures, makeup, glitter, and hairstyling activities as trained
• Welcome party guests and help create an upbeat, exciting atmosphere
• Help keep parties organized and running on schedule
• Set up and decorate party and event areas before guests arrive
• Clean, sanitize, and reset party areas after events
• Assist with serving cake, food, or refreshments when applicable
• Communicate professionally and positively with parents and guests
• Work closely with other Party Hosts and team members to provide excellent customer service
• Follow all Sweet & Sassy safety, sanitation, and guest-service procedures
• Assist with additional store duties during slower periods as needed

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, reliable, and comfortable being energetic in front of groups of children. You should be willing to dance, sing along, lead activities, and help make every child feel special.

Previous experience working with children, birthday parties, childcare, cheer, dance, theater, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with the right personality and attitude.

• Weekend availability is strongly preferred, as weekends are our busiest party times
