Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) Spokane, WA. The organization is seeking an RN to provide progressive care and telemetry support for adult patients requiring close monitoring and specialty clinical skills. Candidates must bring their RN license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts), minimum 36 hours per week; weekends required every other weekend; block schedules required; 1:4 expected patient ratio
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington RN license or Compact RN license (required at time of submission); charting experience with Epic (required); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); prior experience including charge experience (as applicable) and patient ratio experience (34); minimum RN experience requirement stated as 0 years
• Preferred Qualifications: Charting system experience with Epic
• Additional Information: Float between units may be required to meet unit needs; interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and unit secretary; specialties/diagnoses include congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, acute respiratory failure, sepsis, syncope, stroke, and ETOH withdrawal, among others
• Submission Requirements: Submit responses and supporting documentation as part of the compliance process, including references (2 references covering the past year, within the last 3 years, prior to start); completion of required training modules prior to start and annually (modules are non-billable and average 16 hours spent, with approval required for module time exceeding 20 hours)
