Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.This role in summaryWe are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner responsible for developing and executing strategic talent initiatives, ensuring organizational effectiveness through diagnoses and partnering with the business on solutions, and building culture. You will have a seat at the table and are expected to contribute as any other member of the business leadership team would.This role is fully onsite and is located at our Riverview Campus in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
