We have a RARE opportunity in West Chicago for a Manager, Bank Operations to lead back-office operations and oversee a team in a growing, collaborative environment. This role offers strong visibility to leadership, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. We will hire quickly for this role as we head into the Summer Months! Highlights Lead a team of 4 operations specialists 5+ years Experience in bank operations at a mid size bank Hire, train, and supervise Operations staff, working with them to meet objectives. Hands‑on with AP, wires, credit card disputes, deadlines, and GL balancing Accounting knowledge Experience with Accounts Payable software. Strong “jack-of-all-trades” mindset vs. siloed big-bank experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Financial Recruiters International
