Be the Best Regional Director Inpatient Center Operations You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree preferred
- 4+ years clinical management experience
- Registered Nurse License in all applicable states
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse certification
Responsibilities: As a Regional Director Inpatient Center Operations, you will:
- Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Clinical & Medical Director Meetings and Team Director Boot Camps as needed
- Assist with Inpatient Center start-up operations and preparedness for accreditation surveys
- Contribute to strategic planning with a growth mindset, locally and nationally
- Serve as clinical expert for all AccentCare Inpatient Center locations, including 24/7 on-call situations
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development department
- Review inpatient audit reports to support clinical services, including process improvement and budget analysis in partnership with the Director of Clinical Informatics
- Assist in maintaining site-specific staffing budget
