Director of Strategy and Operations

To support a high-growth SaaS company, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Operations will manage strategic initiatives, oversee M&A processes, and drive cross-functional execution while partnering closely with the CFO and CEO. Key responsibilities Project-manage M&A end-to-end diligence and integration, ensuring alignment across departments Run the annual and quarterly planning processes, tracking progress against strategic initiatives and facilitating key leadership discussions Drive the company's value-creation roadmap, maintaining accountability and visibility of cross-functional initiatives Required qualifications Deep experience in structured environments such as consulting, banking, or corporate development, with a strong operational background Exceptional program management skills with the ability to impose structure on ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams Strong commercial and financial fluency, particularly in SaaS metrics and enterprise value drivers Exposure to M&A processes, including diligence and post-merger integration Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing executive-grade materials
