We are in search of a Full-time / Perm Psychiatrist for Northern Indiana. Job Type : Full-time, Days + Call, / Permanent PlacementShifts : M-F 8-4:30, call, 1:8 weekend rounding

Requirements :
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (Within 5 years of Residency)

- NPI and/or License Number
- Malpractice and/or Background Documentation (NPDB)
- References if Available
- Scope of Services if Applicable
