Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about helping others.

Pay Range

$17–$19 per hour

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• One half-day off scheduled each week

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a welcoming manner and professional manner
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information
• Accurately enter patient information into the EMR system
• Assist with scheduling and patient check-out procedures
• Support daily office operations and patient experience

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable and consistent attendance is essential

Experience with insurance verifications and prior authorizations is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who is motivated to learn and grow within our team.
