Senior Product Manager

Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management platforms (e.g., Charles River, Aladdin, Simcorp) and strong familiarity with capital markets. Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders and investors for requirements gathering, workshops, and roadmap alignment. Deep domain expertise in financial markets (Equity & Fixed Income) with solid understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle. Experience coordinating with engineering teams to translate business requirements into delivered outcomes. Experience managing UAT cycles and securing investor sign-off. Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance day-to-day product delivery. Additional Attributes: Experience defining and owning product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks in a regulated financial environment. Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to inform product decisions and measure success (KPIs/OKRs). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. Prior experience in a buy-side or sell-side firm (asset manager, hedge fund, or investment bank) is a strong plus.
