Position Summary We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with planning, preparing, and delivering company events. Responsibilities Assist with preparing event plans, schedules, checklists, and task assignments. Help coordinate event spaces, equipment, displays, signage, and promotional materials. Communicate with team members to confirm event requirements and timelines. Support event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event breakdown. Help welcome attendees and provide information about scheduled activities. Monitor supplies and confirm that materials are available when needed. Assist with resolving routine logistical issues and communicate concerns promptly. Maintain organized event documentation and preparation records. Gather attendee feedback and contribute ideas for improving future events. Help ensure event activities follow company standards and safety procedures. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear communication and interpersonal abilities. Interest in event planning, marketing, or project coordination.
