Role Description This is a full-time, commission-based Sales Representative role in a hybrid work environment, with primary responsibilities based in Nashville, TN and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present tailored sales solutions that address client needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, scheduling and leading product or service demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements in line with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up consistently to close deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Success in this position is measured by sales performance, client satisfaction, and adherence to ethical, consultative selling practices.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and lead qualification abilities, with a focus on building sustainable client relationships.
• Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution presentation, including effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, basic sales reporting, and organization of pipelines and follow-ups.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional email writing, and active listening.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setting.
• Comfort with commission-based compensation structures and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High level of integrity and professionalism when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred; experience in B2B sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in or reliably commute to Nashville, TN for in-person meetings and team activities.
