Caregiver Positions Our franchisees hire Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Home Companions, and Personal Care Aides to provide non-medical home care services for their clients. Ideal candidates demonstrate a devotion to caring for others with reliability and compassion. Caregiver candidates should also understand the needs of home care clients and be willing and ready to learn all there is to know about home care giving. The key to success is quality caregivers. Our franchised offices promote a work environment that is open and friendly, and will work with caregivers to ensure job satisfaction so that they can focus on customer satisfaction. They provide both preliminary and on-going specialized training and home care education.
