Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Established Program Level III NICU 1:3 Call Albany, New York 365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Albany, New York. Position Snapshot Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM Call: 1:3 rotation Practice Type: Primarily outpatient with hospital integration Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Practice Environment Established MFM practice with 3 physicians currently on staff Office-based setting with hospital coverage Level III NICU support Onsite ultrasound and lab services Epic EMR Collaborative, physician-led care model Patient volume varies based on visit type and acuity, typically patients per day . Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care Manage high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric cases Perform and interpret advanced prenatal imaging and ultrasounds Collaborate with OB/GYNs and multidisciplinary care teams Provide consultation and co-management for high-risk patients Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine Completion of MFM Fellowship training (required) Active New York license (or ability to obtain) BLS and ACLS certification Clean malpractice and license history Visa sponsorship is not available.
