Human Resources RepresentativeKawasaki Robotics is seeking an experienced Human Resources Representative to join its team in Wixom, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and supporting a wide range of HR functions.The Human Resources Representative will play an important role in supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and other HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Support and coordinate all talent acquisition activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer creation, and background and employment verificationLead new hire orientation and onboarding activities, both in person and virtuallyManage HR administrative functions, including personnel files, HRIS data entry, benefits open enrollment, and training and development/LMS administrationManage workers' compensation administration and claims management for employees in the U.S. and CanadaDevelop relationships with local occupational health clinicsPrepare and maintain OSHA compliance documentation, including OSHA 300, OSHA 300A Annual Summary, and OSHA 301 Incident ReportsProvide guidance and support to expatriate employees arriving at the Wixom and San Jose officesAssist with health and welfare benefits, auto leases, immigration letters, and relocation-related processesLead employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including service awards and recognition programsCross-train with the payroll administrator to provide backup support and assist with Paid Time Off inquiriesEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company requirementsSupport audits and reporting requirements, including I-9s, EEO reporting, unemployment claims, and labor postingsPartner with HR leadership on employee relations concerns, complaints, and investigationsPerform other HR-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of previous Human Resources experienceWorking knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Michigan and CaliforniaPrevious experience supporting talent acquisition and recruiting activitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyExperience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:Professional HR certification, including SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHRExperience with ADP Payroll or Workforce ManagerPrevious Learning Management System experienceExperience administering employee benefitsExperience working on a small, hands-on HR teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 20 poundsAbility to sit, stand, and perform repetitive motions for extended periodsReliable attendance is requiredThis is a great opportunity for an HR professional looking to expand their experience across multiple areas of human resources while working with a well-established and innovative robotics organization.If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to me directly or apply today.EOE (including Disability/Veterans)
