Job Overview Location: 150 S Havana St., Aurora, CO 80012 Employment Type: Full Time Pay Range: $18- $19 Per Hour Benefits Full suite of insurance – medical, dental, vision and life Pet insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off – vacation, sick and holidays Short term and long term disability coverage Accident insurance On‑site gym with reimbursement Employee Assistance program – counseling, financial and legal advice Career and professional development opportunities Vehicle, parts and service discounts for employees Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create and print vehicle key tag/stock# packets for all Havana Stores Process and register incoming vehicles to Dealertrack and register the RFID tag with AutomotiveLynk as they arrive Inspect vehicles for transport damage Create PDI ROs for the PDI techs Monitor and maintain Rapid Recon for new inventory, as well as the New Inventory Spreadsheets Manage PDI and storage lots for efficient workflow Monitor new inventory for stop‑sales and recalls Work with the Photo Department and each store's lot techs to organize moving vehicles to each lot efficiently Communicate directly with store managers and team leads to facilitate store needs Coordinate with Client Advisors to locate vehicles or update them with status; notify stores and Client Advisors when pre‑sold vehicles arrive Maintain punctual and regular attendance Perform other duties as may be assigned by management Adhere to the Company’s Core Values of Empathetic, Competitive, Adaptable, Consistent and Respectful Required Skills and Knowledge Self‑motivated, capable of managing and organizing time and activities Professional appearance and adherence to brand dress code Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to multitask, prioritize important activities, and adopt new processes High character, accountability, and superior customer service skills Effective team member relations and emotional control in stressful situations Proficiency with dealer DMS system, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other required software Must be able to drive a Manual Transmission Education, Experience and Certification High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Ability to work independently with limited supervision and motivation to continually increase product knowledge Valid driver license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Physical Demands The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential functions, which include speaking clearly, operating computers, tablets, phones, and other office machines, and handling sufficient manual dexterity. Visual acuity to see details of objects less than a few feet away is required. Regular, punctual attendance is required. Work Environment This position operates in a professional dealership environment. Scheduled shifts are determined by the manager and may include rotating shifts throughout the work week.
