Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group with over 650 providers, currently in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist. We are dedicated to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care. This well-established practice is eager to welcome an additional provider to its team. Surgical procedures are conducted at both the hospital and a joint venture Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The work schedule follows a traditional model, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 32 hours dedicated to patient interactions, along with potential hospital consultations and rounding. After-hours ENT and facial trauma on-call duties will be shared among qualified members of the ENT provider community.

The ENT Clinic fosters teamwork among specialists, offering comprehensive rehabilitation services. Our practice delivers a wide array of general pediatric and adult ENT services, including allergy treatments, head and neck care, full audiology, speech therapy, voice analysis, video stroboscopy, rhinology, and laryngology services.

Support : Become part of a high-volume, diverse surgical practice alongside two seasoned ENT physicians, two advanced practice providers, and audiology services available at two locations. Our program operates busy practices in Boise and Nampa, with plans to expand into Caldwell and Meridian in the upcoming year.

Requirements :

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology or the ability to obtain certification within three years.
• Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure and privileges at our Boise/Nampa facilities and other affiliated hospitals as necessary.
• Current controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
