Shift/Pay: Monday - Friday - 8am - 4:30pm $ 25/HR+ depending on experience About the Role: As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will support the maintenance, repair, and improvement of a professional manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment while supporting facility operations and equipment upkeep. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform general facility maintenance including lighting, ceiling tiles, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs • Assist with equipment and office moves, installations, leaks, clogs, painting, floor maintenance, and general building upkeep • Support construction-related projects including drywall repair, door adjustments, and flooring work • Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment including air filters, humidifiers, air conditioning systems, and safety equipment • Conduct routine facility and safety inspections and maintain accurate maintenance documentation • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with outside vendors as needed • Assemble/disassemble fixtures, furniture, tables, and storage racks • Follow safety procedures, maintenance schedules, and standard operating procedures at all times • Support facility needs during overtime, weather-related, or emergency situations when required SPECIALIZED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: • Basic understanding of building trades, facility equipment, and construction methods • Ability to safely use standard hand and power tools • Strong attention to safety and ability to identify unsafe conditions • Basic computer skills and ability to complete maintenance documentation • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout, HVAC systems, or 5S/Lean concepts is a plus EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Technical/Vocational High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, ideally in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction trades • Minimum of 1 year of facility maintenance experience in a professional or manufacturing environment required If interested, please apply directly to this posting.
