About the Role:
As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident's healthcare provider
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
- Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in long-term care or a related field
- Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to providing exceptional care and service to seniors
