REQUIRED:

• 10 years construction Superintendent experience with projects in excess of $5M
• Excellent communication skills
• Great management techniques
• Organization skills
• Knowledge and experience with concrete, framing and finish carpentry
• Able to train on and/or navigate construction management software
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Project

• OSHA Certified

• Bluebeam Experience
• Public Works
