A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts. Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments. Essential Functions: Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business. Microsoft Office knowledge required. Knowledgeable of general POS functionality. Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
