Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster / Examiner - REMOTE

Job Summary Join a specialty insurance leader that delivers products and services for residential property. As a Senior Claims Examiner / Workers’ Compensation Claim Adjuster, you will work primarily remotely or onsite (preferred onsite) to analyze and adjudicate claims, ensuring timely and equitable settlement for policyholders. Primary Responsibilities Review and manage workers’ compensation and related claims, conducting thorough research, evaluation, investigation, and negotiation. Investigate advanced, large‑loss, and complex claims promptly and equitably under minimal supervision. Analyze mid‑ and higher‑level workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits due and ensure ongoing adjudication within company policies. Review and adjudicate claims submitted for reimbursement that fall outside auto adjudication standards on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and policy requirements. Maintain accurate claim files and documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications preferred). Veteran of workers’ compensation claims experience; knowledge of Nevada jurisdiction preferred. Active Adjuster license in Nevada (preferred, not required). Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with ability to work independently. Location & Compensation Remote or onsite (Preferred onsite). Salary range: $53,300.00 – $106,000.00 annually based on experience and level.
