Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues and frame personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n
