Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or a minimum of 6 month experience in HR. Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within a human resources department. Familiarity with HR information systems and basic employment laws and regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent. Experience with applicant tracking systems and payroll software. Knowledge of employee benefits administration and labor relations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional language skills or experience in a multicultural workplace. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training schedules are completed. Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Support benefits administration by liaising with providers and responding to employee inquiries. Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Facilitate communication between employees and HR management to address routine questions and concerns. Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and training sessions. Skills: The HR Coordinator utilizes organizational skills daily to manage recruitment schedules, employee records, and compliance documentation efficiently.
