What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the General Manager in daily operations
• Lead, coach, and develop a large hourly team
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
• Help manage labor, food cost, and overall profitability
• Ensure smooth, efficient shifts in a high-volume setting

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in high-volume environments helpful
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
