Licensed stylists earn an average of **$24–$32+ per hour** with guaranteed pay, tips, and bonuses while receiving industry-leading hands-on training from experienced licensed cosmetologists. **PTO starts on day one**, and full-time team members are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance. A current Cosmetology or Barber License is required. Our salons are open seven days a week, so evening and weekend availability is required.
