Are you ready to turn your passion for motorsports and the outdoors into a rewarding career? United Motorsports is seeking enthusiastic and driven Title Clerk to join our team!

The Title Clerk plays a key role in supporting management and processing legal ownership documents for units sold, such as side by sides, four-wheelers, and dirt bikes.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately prepares and processes all new and used motorsport unit sales for registration, including tax and title documents.
• Submits legal transfer and stays updated on changes to local and state titling laws.
• Verifies that funds have been collected and correct lienholders are paid off before processing title applicants.
• Maintains detailed records of all title and registration transactions, tracking outstanding titles and reporting missing documents to management.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding title status, registration procedures, and fees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Works closely with sales and finance teams to resolve title discrepancies and ensure all deals are complete.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to catch errors in legal documents

• Experience in automotive or motorsports titling is preferred (1-2 years or more)
