Why Join SWET? $16/hour base pay 10% commission on membership sales Monthly sales bonus (up to $200) Unlimited class membership (valued at $179) 25% off retail Growth and advancement opportunities within a growing local fitness brand Team culture that values connection, professionalism, and fun What You’ll Do (Life at the Front Desk) Welcome every member with energy, enthusiasm, and by name —always with a high five or fist bump Check in members for classes and track attendance Give tours to first-time visitors and guide them through their first SWET experience Confidently discuss membership options and help new clients find the right fit Handle phone calls, messages, and member questions with professionalism Process sales for memberships, services, and retail products Follow up with prospects and conduct outreach to support studio growth Collaborate with coaches to ensure first-timers have a great experience Ensure the studio stays clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Participate in community events and promotions to represent SWET in the neighborhood What We’re Looking For High school diploma or currently enrolled (college experience is a plus) Strong verbal communication skills and approachable personality Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness industry experience a bonus) Professional appearance: SWET-approved shirt with black bottoms (leggings or shorts) Punctual, reliable, and energetic team player Access to reliable transportation About SWET SWET is more than a workout—it’s a community.
