Exciting Opportunity for ER Nurses in Ohio!

Job Description:


- Shift: Mid, 3x12-Hour (15:00 - 03:30)
- Location: Union Hospital - ED
- Must Have:
- 12 months of permanent experience in the Emergency Room (ER)
- Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission
- AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications required and must be in hand at time of submission
- TNCC preferred
- Qualifications:
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Must provide one reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for; co-worker references will not be accepted
- Required certifications must be active and in hand at submission; no pending certifications will be accepted
- Compliance Criteria:
- Must be nicotine-free (except for Nurses and CSTs, who are temporarily exempt)
- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start
- Background hits will be reviewed; no open cases or license hits accepted
- Important Details:
- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
- Travelers may extend with clients for a period of 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required
- Continuous education and annual competency assessments required for travelers
- Modules:
- Average of 6-15 hours of modules, billable for up to 4 hours annually
