EGAR USA is seeking an HR Administrator to provide day-to-day Human Resources support for our Wellington manufacturing facility. This position will serve as the primary on-site HR contact and work closely with employees, supervisors, plant leadership, staffing agencies, and our corporate HR team.

Responsibilities

·         Coordinate recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, and temporary staffing.

·         Manage new-hire onboarding and employee documentation.

·         Maintain personnel, attendance, I-9, and training records.

·         Support timekeeping, payroll administration, benefits, and employee leave.

·         Assist employees and supervisors with routine HR questions and documentation.

·         Support employee relations, training, workers' compensation, and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

·         2+ years of HR, recruiting, staffing, or HR administration experience preferred.

·         Manufacturing experience preferred.

·         Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

·         HRIS/payroll system experience; ADP experience is a plus.

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with employees at all levels.

This is a 100% on-site position in Wellington, Ohio.
