Loader/Unloader

TRC Talent Solutions is looking for Loaders for our client in Lithia Springs!

What you will be doing:
Dependable and detail-oriented Loader to join our warehouse team in Lithia Springs. The Loader will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading materials, staging inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.

Job Details:

• Shift: 8-4:30pm

• Pay: 18.00/hr.

• Monday - Friday (Some OT may be required on Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand

• Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments

• Ensure items are correctly labeled and staged for delivery

• Maintain clean and organized loading areas

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with inventory counts and damage checks

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Forklift certification is a plus (may be required)

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting

• May require overtime and weekend work depending on business needs
